• No financial compensation or refund claims will be honored under violation cases.

3. Website Migration Policy

• Website migration assistance is provided as a professional add-on service (Standard Fee: ₹499).
• Upon successful execution and fee clearance: complete website files, Database SQL dumps, assets, and configurations are handed over to the client's official registered email.

Once migration assets are dispatched successfully, the assignment is marked completed, and refund requests will not apply thereafter.

Clients possess full authority to initiate account cancellation requests directly via their user dashboard profile section. Such requests are processed within 3 working cycles.
