2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To ensure a safe and lawful environment, users must not use Cloud Indigo services for prohibited activities.

2.1 Prohibited Content & Activities

Hosting or distributing any of the following is strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Escort or exploitative dating services
• Gambling, betting, or lottery sites
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Drugs or illegal pharmaceuticals
• Hacking, phishing, or malware
• Copyright-infringing or pirated content
• Activities illegal under Indian Law

2.2 Right to Suspend or Terminate

If a user violates this policy:

• Cloud Indigo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate hosting.
• No backup or data recovery will be provided.
• The account may be permanently deleted without notice.
• No refund will be issued in such cases.

This decision is final and binding.

3. Website Migration Policy

• Migration services are paid services (Fee: ₹499).
• After successful payment: Complete website files, Database (SQL), Media and configuration files will be provided via registered email.

Once migration data is delivered, the service is considered completed and no refund will be applicable.

4. Account Deletion Policy

Users have the right to request account deletion via the dashboard profile page. Requests are typically processed within 3 working days.

Data Retention: After deletion, website data is removed. However, Name, Email, Phone, and Domain history may be retained for legal/security purposes (never shared publicly).

5. No Refund Disclaimer

• All payments are non-refundable by default.
• Refund decisions are solely at Cloud Indigo’s discretion.
• Refunds (if approved) are processed only in exceptional cases.

6. Cookie Policy
